This new opening marks a collaboration with Marfields Group and Salone Hospitality, combining international gastronomy, local inspiration, and design without compromise.
Set on the seafront of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, the space was created by S+S Studio (Sundukovy Sisters) to evoke a sense of warm minimalism and architectural elegance. Natural light, tactile textures, and Mediterranean ingredients come together in an experience that feels both refined and deeply rooted.
The culinary direction is led by Executive Chef Francesco Pallante, bringing his extensive international experience and Italian heritage to Novikov Limassol, in close collaboration with Head Chef Nikita Bogatenko. Together, they shape a seasonal menu that celebrates exceptional ingredients, Mediterranean influences, and a shared commitment to creativity, precision, and respect for origin.
