This new opening marks a collaboration with Marfields Group and ItalyCo, combining international gastronomy, local inspiration, and design without compromise.

Set on the seafront of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, the space was created by S+S Studio (Sundukovy Sisters) to evoke a sense of warm minimalism and architectural elegance. Natural light, tactile textures, and Mediterranean ingredients come together in an experience that feels both refined and deeply rooted.

The culinary direction is led by Michelin-recognized chef Luca Natalini, in collaboration with head chef Nikita Bogatenko. Together, they craft a seasonal menu that speaks of restraint, precision, and respect for origin.
