This February, Novikov Limassol presents a curated programme of wine evenings — intimate gatherings where wine becomes a language.
Each event is conceived around a distinct theme, region or style, guided by our chef sommelier and accompanied by a menu composed by Chef Nikita Bogatenko. Rather than pairing dishes to wines, the menu follows their rhythm — allowing flavours, textures and conversations to unfold naturally, glass by glass.

This new opening marks a collaboration with Marfields Group and Salone Hospitality, combining international gastronomy, local inspiration, and design without compromise.
Set on the seafront of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, the space was created by S+S Studio (Sundukovy Sisters) to evoke a sense of warm minimalism and architectural elegance. Natural light, tactile textures, and Mediterranean ingredients come together in an experience that feels both refined and deeply rooted.
The culinary direction is led by Michelin-recognized chef Luca Natalini, in collaboration with head chef Nikita Bogatenko. Together, they craft a seasonal menu that speaks of restraint, precision, and respect for origin.
